Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This page explains in plain language what data I collect, why, how long I keep it and what your rights are. It covers pachelski.com (including the English pages), the former programme page analiza.pachelski.com, the forms, the newsletter and any contact with me. Cookies and the consent banner are described in section 9.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Łukasz Pachelski, trading as Football Coach Łukasz Pachelski, ul. Rynkowa 8, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland.

For any data protection matter, write to kontakt@pachelski.com or call +48 694 853 382.

2. What data I collect and why

The “Prosto ze sztabu” newsletter and contact about enrolment in Mentoring Analiza PRO.
If you join the waiting list or fill in the form before a consultation, I process your first name, email address, phone number and your answers. I do this on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to send you the newsletter (by email, once a week) and to contact you about enrolment - by email, text message and phone. If you sign up only for the newsletter (the form on the website), I process only your email address, on the same basis, to send you the newsletter.

Contact form on the website.
When you write to me through the form, I process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply - my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Consultation before enrolment.
When you book a call, I process the data needed to arrange and hold it - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Courses, mentoring and training.
When you take part in a programme or training, I process the data needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data of children taking part in training is provided by a parent or guardian and used only to run the sessions.

Invoices and accounting.
I keep invoice data because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Messages.
When you write to me by email or on social media, I process your data to reply - my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Record of sign-ups and contacts.
I keep a record of people who joined the waiting list, booked a call or wrote to me about the programme: when we were first in touch, whether and when we spoke, how the conversation ended and - if you tell me - how you heard about me. This lets me know where our conversation stands, avoid asking you the same thing twice and see what works in my work - my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where a sign-up came from and how well channels work.
Together with your sign-up, the waiting list form records where you came from: the parameters of the link you used to reach the site (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the page from which you send the form and the domain of the site you came from (e.g. instagram.com). This information is linked to your sign-up. I use it to assess which channels (e.g. Instagram, the newsletter, ads) actually bring people interested in the programme - my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not use cookies for this, so this information is recorded regardless of your choice in the banner.

Visit counter without cookies.
Regardless of the banner, my server counts how many times a day pages are opened and how many different visitors there were. From your IP address and browser data I create a one-day hash with a random value that changes every day - after 24 hours the hash and that value are deleted, and I do not store your IP address. Only numbers remain, from which no one can be identified. Nothing is stored in your browser. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website statistics (Google Analytics 4) - only with your consent.
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, I use Google Analytics 4 - a service of Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It shows me how many people visit the site, where they come from, which pages they read, what devices they use and whether they join the waiting list. I do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
I use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic version: until you give consent, the Google tag does not load at all and no data reaches Google Analytics. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and I have set data retention in Google Analytics to 14 months. Google may transfer data to the USA (section 4).

Ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta pixel) - only with your consent.
If you accept marketing cookies in the banner, the site uses the Meta pixel - a tool of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). It sends Meta information about your visit: the pages you view, joining the waiting list, browser and device data, your IP address and cookie identifiers. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may link this information to your account. I use it to measure how my ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show ads to people who have visited the site. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
I am jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd for collecting data through the pixel and transmitting it to Meta - we are joint controllers (judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU of 29 July 2019, C-40/17 Fashion ID). The terms of this arrangement are set out in the Meta Controller Addendum. Meta alone is responsible for any further processing of this data, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights with me or directly with Meta. Meta may transfer data to the USA (section 4).

3. Who receives the data

I use trusted tool providers. Most of them process data on my behalf and only for the purposes described above:

  • GetResponse - email and newsletter delivery (Poland),
  • Tally - forms, including the waiting list sign-up (Belgium),
  • Make - automatically passing sign-ups from forms to the mailing database (European Union),
  • Google - Google Sheets (record of sign-ups and contacts) and email (European Union and USA),
  • Google Ireland Ltd - Google Analytics 4, i.e. website statistics, only with your consent (Ireland and USA),
  • YouTube (Google) - playback of embedded videos in privacy-enhanced mode, from youtube-nocookie.com (USA),
  • Calendly - booking calls (USA),
  • Zoom - online meetings in the programme (USA),
  • Vimeo - videos on the programme page, played with the “do not track” setting (USA),
  • Landingi - the former programme page analiza.pachelski.com, which redirects to pachelski.com from October 2026 (Poland),
  • cyber_Folks - website hosting and email (Poland),
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) - messages, ads and the Meta pixel, the pixel only with your consent (Ireland and USA),
  • Anthropic (Claude) - an AI assistant I use when handling sign-ups and messages and keeping the record of contacts (USA).

Meta (for messages and the Meta pixel) and Google (for YouTube videos) also use the data for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies. For the Meta pixel, Meta and I are joint controllers - see section 2.

Data may also be received by my accounting office, bank and payment providers and, where required by law, by public authorities.

4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers (Google, Meta, Calendly, Zoom, Vimeo and Anthropic) process data in the USA. This is based on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data from Google Analytics and the Meta pixel can reach the USA only if you accept these cookies in the banner.

5. How long I keep the data

  • newsletter and contact about enrolment - until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe,
  • clients (contract, invoices and accounting records) - for the duration of our cooperation and then for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose); data needed for possible claims - until they become time-barred,
  • people who have not bought anything from me (sign-ups, the waiting list, consultations, the record of contacts) - until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 24 months from the last contact; after that I anonymise the data, so only numbers remain from which no one can be identified,
  • messages - until the matter is closed or, if the conversation concerns cooperation, until the cooperation ends,
  • the source of a sign-up (link parameters, the page and the domain someone came from) - as long as the sign-up itself,
  • statistics in Google Analytics - 14 months,
  • the visit counter - one-day hashes until the end of the day, and the visit numbers themselves (no personal data) - without time limit,
  • cookies - for the periods given in section 9.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on my legitimate interest.

You can withdraw consent at any time: unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in the link at the bottom of every email, and withdraw consent to be contacted by writing to kontakt@pachelski.com. You can change or withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies with the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Do you have to provide data

Providing data is voluntary. Without it, however, I cannot send you the newsletter, arrange a call or enter into and perform a contract. Consent to analytics and marketing cookies is voluntary too - the website works the same without it.

8. Automated decisions

Based on your answers in the form and our conversation, I assess whether the programme is a good fit for you. An AI assistant helps me organise sign-ups (section 3), but the assessment and the decision are always mine. I do not make decisions about you that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you (Art. 22 GDPR).

9. Cookies and the consent banner

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. On your first visit to pachelski.com you will see a banner where you decide which of them you accept: “Accept all”, “Reject” or “Settings”, where you choose each category separately. Analytics and marketing cookies are switched on only with your consent.

Necessary - always on

  • pz_zgody - remembers your choice in the banner, for 12 months,
  • WordPress login cookies - only for the site administrator who logs in; regular visitors do not get them.

These cookies do not require consent: without them the site could not remember your choice and the administrator could not log in.

Analytics - only with your consent

  • _ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics 4) - distinguish visitors and their visits, up to 2 years.

Marketing - only with your consent

  • _fbp (Meta pixel) - recognises the browser for measuring ads, up to 3 months,
  • _fbc (Meta pixel) - remembers the click on an ad or a Facebook or Instagram link that brought you to the site, up to 3 months.

After consent to analytics or marketing cookies, the thank-you page shown after joining the waiting list also saves a marker in your browser storage (localStorage) that the sign-up has already been counted - so that it is not counted twice.

The visit counter (section 2) does not use cookies or browser storage.

The website also includes embedded elements from other providers: the Tally form and videos from Vimeo and YouTube. When they load, your browser connects to these providers' servers, which then see, among other things, your IP address. Vimeo videos are played with the “do not track” setting and YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode.

How to change or withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer. When you withdraw consent, the site deletes the Google Analytics or Meta pixel cookies stored in your browser and reloads. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

10. Changes to this policy

When the way I process data changes, I update this policy. The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
