About me
I was 25, with no contacts, coaching eight-year-olds
My name is Łukasz Pachelski. I am a performance analyst with the Poland U-20 national team; before that, for six years, I was Head of the Analysis Department at the Legia Warsaw Academy (2019-2025). I have been coaching for over a decade - from grassroots to international level.
My path
Step by step - from zero to the staff room
Early years
Warsaw clubs
Varsovia, SEMP Ursynów, MKS Piaseczno, City Wilanów. Roles: coach, assistant, fitness coach. Sometimes tough conditions and unpaid work - always at 100%, as if I were at a top club.
2019-2025
Legia Warsaw Academy
I started as a pitch coach, later became Head of the Analysis Department and co-created the Academy's coaching programme. With our teams we won Polish Championships - many Academy players now play in the Ekstraklasa and abroad.
since 2021
Poland U-20 national team
Performance analyst and defensive-unit coach - responsible for opposition and training analysis. Selected results: 4:0 vs Portugal, 2:0 vs England, 4:1 vs Czechia, 1:1 vs Germany. The best moment is when a player moves up to the senior national team or signs abroad.

Conferences and education
Speaker at 50+ conferences and workshops - including ECA, Science4Football, LABA, UEFA courses and Polish FA training. Co-founder of Football Conference - one of the two largest coaching conferences in Poland (10+ editions, thousands of participants).
since 2026
Mentoring Analiza PRO
Creator and lead mentor of an analysis-and-tactics mentoring programme - three editions in 2026. I work with coaches, analysts and former players, from beginner to intermediate level.

Coaching licences
UEFA A licence. Over 10 years of coaching experience at every level - from the youngest groups to international football.
Education
Graduate of the Legia Sport Business Programme and the University of Warsaw (Management); studies in Finance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Publications
Author of courses and coaching programmes on tactics and analysis. Published in the Polish coaching magazine „Asystent Trenera”.
