    c) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, in order to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Administrator.

The recipients of your personal data and your children’s personal data will be persons authorized by the Data Administrator to process them and public administration bodies, in particular: the Tax Office, postal operators, press, advertising brochures, television, schools, social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram), tax offices, debt collection agencies, carriers, banks, and partners providing technical services (e.g., development and maintenance of IT systems), in order to perform tasks. We may also provide personal data to public authorities fighting fraud and abuse.
  4. You have the right to: request access to personal data from the administrator, the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. (Articles 15, 16, 17)
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  6. The provision of personal data is a requirement necessary to conclude a service contract. The consequence of not providing your personal data will be the inability to perform the service.
  7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making (profiling).
  8. Your personal data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or an international organization.
