Microdosing - video analysis with players in 5 minutes

A format that lasts 5 minutes at most gives me very good results in analysis with players. I call it microdosing.
I took the idea from physical preparation, where small, frequent stimuli have a big effect. In analysis it means short video sessions in a natural place for players - the dressing room or the pitch.
What it looks like
Before training or during it I show a player or a group 2-3 clips. Nobody has to go anywhere or sit in a meeting room for an hour. We talk about what we see and take it straight onto the pitch.
Preparation takes a moment
I often show these clips without graphics and without a PowerPoint presentation. Players interpret the situation themselves, and that engages them more than a ready conclusion on a slide.
In my experience it is a low-intrusion format and players are happy to take part. Short, specific and directly linked to training.
🎯 In analysis with players, short and often beats long and rare.
Do you show players clips outside the meeting room? 👇
