I'm closing my chapter at Legia Warsaw - time for new challenges

After 6 years I have decided to leave Legia Warsaw.

During that time I had the chance to:

• work as a coach, then as Head of the Analysis Department and a member of the Coaching Methodology Department,
• win Polish Championships and compete at the highest level - from U-14 to the second team,
• grow the Analysis Department from 2 people into a team of more than a dozen, which is now one of the pillars of the academy,
• build a team, develop coaches and create a culture based on values,
• bring the most advanced tools and solutions into the coaching process,
• run courses and share knowledge with dozens of coaches,
• co-create the Legia Warsaw Academy coaching programme,
• work with three outstanding directors and many people I learned a lot from,
• work with hundreds of coaches and players.

Building teams and sharing knowledge - that was my DNA. I want to spend the coming months on my own development and on sharing knowledge with others.

Thank you to everyone who was with me on this journey. It was an honour and a special period in my career.

• Krystian Sowiński, Paweł Przybył, Maciej Kokosza, Łukasz Turzyniecki, Dominik Ciarkowski, Sebastian Szewczyk, Jan Redliński, Łukasz Wróbel - for a team of people focused on development, supporting each other, putting players first and building a strong culture.
• The players - you were the reason all of this made sense.
• Marek Śledź and Rafał Matusiak - for positive pressure, developing projects and raising standards.
• Piotr Parchan - I remember how we started, and I am glad to see your path.
• The U-15 staff from last season: Jakub Zapaśnik, Kacper Malicki, Patryk Seppelt-Górajewski, Arkadiusz Białostocki, Łukasz Bestry, Krystian Bytnar, Marcin Czubak - winning the Polish Championship was great, but the atmosphere in the team was even better.
• Jakub Myszkrowski, Tomasz Zahorski, Marcin Sobczyk - for creating the Legia Sport Business Programme and the chance to develop.
• All the other coaches and colleagues - I can't name everyone, but I am very grateful to you.

This time will stay with me as an invaluable experience. Thank you for the work together and for your trust.
